When we receive a referral from your doctor, or interact with you via another approach, we create a healthcare record for you. A healthcare record refers to all information collected, processed and held both in manual and electronic formats concerning you and your care. It includes:

Your name, age, and gender
A unique identification number
Clinical data and images
Investigations and results
Correspondence and communications
Financial records (excluding card/bank details)

Data Security

We employ enterprise-level data security practices:

Password-protected electronic medical records
Local and network firewalls
Secure storage of paper files
Limited data collection policy

Data Sharing

We may share your data with third parties in the following scenarios:

Reporting to your GP or referring doctor
Referrals for tests or investigations

Insurance claims and pre-approvals
